The meeting itself was conducted in fine style by R.Dist.Comp. Barry Chalkley, Provincial Grand Summus of Devon and Cornwall,  who, as well as the usual business of the day, also invested Dist.Comp. Mervyn Symes as his new Assistant Provincial Grand Summus.
